Morris is from South Africa where at the tender age of 22 years old, he graduated as a dentist from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. After two years in the army he arrived in London in 1982. In 1986 he established the Preventive Dental Practice in Southfields. The practice has grown from strength to strength based on its philosophy of total, gentle dental care. Morris has pursued his passion for quality and excellence studying the prevention of dental and gum disease, as well as developing his skills and knowledge in cosmetic techniques, orthodontics and dento-facial orthopaedics.
Morris is married to Gail who is a teacher. They have three sons Glen 22, Michael 19 and David 17. Gail is a keen walker and the boys are basketball fans whilst pursuing fitness and bodybuilding passions as well as martial arts. Morris is a keen cyclist, regularly taking part in international events most recently in France, Brazil and Italy. He has also completed several London marathons and triathlons always raising funds for his favourite charities. |

Giuseppe is from Italy, where he qualified as a dental surgeon in 1994.
He has spent most of his professional career in London. Giuseppe has worked successfully with prestigious dental clinics, including Boots Dentalcare in Kensington. He is highly experienced in Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) as well as general restorative dentistry. He is currently undertaking formal post-graduate training in Endodontics at the Royal London Hospital where he treats patient referred by general practitioners.
Giuseppe lives in Southfields with his South African wife Onitha and his 1 year old son Nicolas. He enjoys cooking, reading and visiting art galleries. He is also an enthusiastic football supporter. |

Our implant surgeon is Dr. Ian Seddon who began his dental career in 1989. Ian ran a successful practice in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. He developed an interest in implant dentistry and undertook a period of study and clinical mentoring with some of the foremost names in this emerging area of dentistry. Ian has limited his practice to implant dentistry since 2003. This allows him to focus his knowledge, hone is considerable skills and keep up to date in this fast moving area dentistry. He developed his skills with many of the world's leading implantologists, learning from surgeons in the UK, US and Sweden. Ian is a Clinical Coach for AstraTech, helping less experienced dentists learn how to safely place and restore dental implants. He is a mentor to dentists across the southern part of the UK and has lectured both in the UK and Europe. He is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the UK based Association of Dental Implantology. Ian is married to Clare who works with him as his implant coordinator. They live in South Wales. |

Sarah originates from Yorkshire but studied for her dental degree in the North East, qualifying with Honours from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1998. She continued to work in the area for three years before leaving for a year in Australia. There she worked in a country community clinic and the United Dental Hospital in Sydney, where she gained further experience in specialist restorative and children’s dentistry. Since then she has worked in London, starting at Preventive Dental Practice in 2004. She particularly enjoys pursuing excellence in patient care whilst developing her skills in preventative and aesthetic dentistry.
Sarah is married to Gavin, a Specialist Orthodontist, who is training to be a Consultant at King’s College Hospital. They have a one year old daughter, Annabelle. Sarah is a keen netballer, playing in the Surrey County and Kingston leagues. She loves to relax by reading and doing gardening. |

Janet was born in Brisbane, Australia and has lived in the UK since 1994 with her husband Colin who is English. Janet has over 20 years experience
in
various administrative & customer care roles as well as previous experience
in healthcare working in an Acupuncture/Naturopathic clinic. In 1988 she
gained a diploma at Business College and the following year with her
interests in natural therapies qualified for diplomas in Swedish remedial
and sports massage. She started working in dentistry in 2003 and has
assisted at chairside as well as Reception. Janet likes to keep fit with
walking, swimming & yogalates.
Janet is here to oversee the smooth running of the practice and to ensure
you 'our clients' are happy with the service and the care you are receiving
from our team. She is also available to discuss any questions you may have
as well as advising on financing for your dental care. |

Daisy Naidoo was born in Durban, South Africa. She obtained a BACH of Oral Health at the Oral and Dental Training Hospital, University of Durban Westville in 1982. She joined the lecturing staff and worked both in Private Practice and Hospital Service. Having moved to the U.K in 1996 she enrolled at Bristol Dental School for a diploma in Oral Hygiene in 1997.
Married to Suresh a dentist, she has 3 children. Her field of interest lies in Medical and Dental Ethics and Jurisprudence, having obtained a Law Degree through the University of South Africa in 1991. She has an interest in Natural Nutrition and adopts a holistic approach to life. She swims regularly and does pilates and yoga in her spare time. |

Karen - She entered her hygiene training at Guy's in 1999, and upon qualification in 2001 was one of the last ever set of hygienists to qualify & obtain their diploma from Guy's School of Dental Hygiene before the schools merged with King's.
Post qualification she worked as Staff Hygienist in the Periodontal Department at Guy's Hospital & in 2003 also began a clinical teaching post for undergraduate dental & dental hygiene students at the King's campus in Denmark hill. She has worked at our practice since 2002 & now splits her time between here and a specialist periodontal practice in Upper Wimpole Street.
Karen is a keen scuba diver and enjoys world travel exploring both above & below the sea! |

Paula is from South Africa and qualified as a hygienist at Pretoria University in 1992. She worked in and around Johannesburg for 5 years in family practice. She decided to venture further a field and set off for the UK in 1998. Re qualifying in 2000, she worked in and around SW London, interspersing work with travel. Now she is more settled with the team at Preventive Dental Practice (since 2004.) Having renovated her home nearby, she looks forward to spending more leisure time cycling, dancing and exploring more of the UK. |
