Dr Morris Weinstein (Dentist)
Morris is from South Africa where at the tender age of 22 years old, he graduated as a dentist from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. After two years in the army he arrived in London in 1982. In 1986 he established the Preventive Dental Practice in Southfields. The practice has grown from strength to strength based on its philosophy of total, gentle dental care. Morris has pursued his passion for quality and excellence studying the prevention of dental and gum disease, as well as developing his skills and knowledge in cosmetic techniques, orthodontics and dento-facial orthopaedics.
Morris is married to Gail who is a teacher. They have three sons Glen 25, Michael 22 and David 20. Gail is a keen walker and the boys are basketball fans whilst pursuing fitness and bodybuilding passions as well as martial arts. Morris is a keen cyclist, regularly taking part in international events most recently in France, Brazil and Italy. He has also completed several London marathons and triathlons always raising funds for his favourite charities.
Dr Giuseppe DiFilippo (Dentist)
Giuseppe is from Italy, where he qualified as a dental surgeon in 1994. He has spent most of his professional career in London. Giuseppe has worked successfully with prestigious dental clinics, including Boots Dentalcare in Kensington. He is highly experienced in Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) as well as general restorative dentistry. Giuseppe has successfully completed a two year postgraduate programme in root canal therapy. He was awarded a Diploma in Endodontic Practice by the Royal London Hospital.
Giuseppe lives in Southfields with his South African wife Onitha and his 3 year old son Nicolas. He enjoys cooking, reading and visiting art galleries. He is also an enthusiastic football supporter.
Dr Eleni Kavouridi (Dentist)
Eleni qualified from Greece (Aristotle University Thessalonica) in 2002.
In 2004 she successfully completed a Masters in Prosthetic Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL). Eleni's theses were presented in the International Conference of Prosthodontics in Greece, 2005. Eleni obtained the Diploma for Membership of the International College of Prosthodontics (ICP) in 2005. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate study in aesthetic restorative dentistry both in Europe and USA (London, Italy, New York, California and Florida) and in the prosthetic part of implants (3i, Straumman, Branenmark) in London. In 2007 she completed her post graduate Masters Level in Aesthetic Dentistry with the world renowned Rosenthal Group in New York, USA.
Eleni's focus is in prosthetic and cosmetic dentistry and also has a keen interest in the occlusion and the TMJ problems. This has lead to many successful and non-invasive treatments of migraine and tension headache sufferers.
Dr Raj Parkash (Implantologist)
Raj qualified from King's College London and has undergone a rigorous training programme in implant and advanced restorative dentistry not only in the UK but also in Europe, USA and Asia. Raj holds the Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Hospital, the Certificate in Implant Dentistry from the Tatum Institute and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Dental Implantologists.
Raj has many years of experience with multiple implant systems and has a special interest in treating complex cases thereby integrating various fields of advanced dentistry. He was one of the first surgeons to gain the Diploma in Dental Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He was selected to become a clinical tutor for the Royal College and is actively committed to furthering dental implant training in the UK.
Raj has written many clinical articles for professional journals and is also involved in lecturing in implant dentistry both in the UK and abroad.
